Price Match Guarantee Policy:
We offer Price Match Guarantee on home inspection services for comparable inspections provided by properly licensed home inspectors operating within the State of South Carolina.
To qualify, any competing written quote must be submitted prior to the scheduled inspection date and time. Quotes submitted after the inspection date and time, or after the inspection has commenced, will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once the scheduled date and time has arrived, all fees are final, non-refundable and not subject to adjustment with Price Matching. By proceeding with the inspection, the client acknowledges and agrees that the opportunity to request a price match has expired.
We reserve the right to verify validity, licensing status, scope of services, property size, ancillary services, and comparability of any competing quote. This policy does not apply to promotions, bundled services, discounted inspections or unlicensed providers.
The Price Match Guarantee is covered by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
